On the evening of January 8, 2010, 2009 Annual Conference of Shenzhen Federation of Industrial Economics and the 8th New Records Presentation Ceremony of Shenzhen Enterprises, hosted by Shenzhen Municipal Federation of Industrial Economics and Shenzhen City Organizing Committee for the new records, was held in Plum Hall of Shenzhen Exhibition center. Besides the business representatives, all levels of government leaders also attended the evening party, including Mr. Du Jinling, Chairman of the Bureau of China Federation of Industrial Economics, Mr. Cao Mingsi, Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, Mr. Li Hao, the former member of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee and the former secretary of Shenzhen Municipal Committee, Ms Qiu Mei, deputy director of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress, etc.

    In addition, ACTO also won the innovative project award, “New Record of Shenzhen Enterprises”. Its winning record were “the Highest Per-capita Benefits in the domestic projection industry” and ACTO created the highest per-capita benefits in the domestic industry with 1.19 million yuan per capita GDP and per capita social contribution rate of 218,000 yuan. "The new high-definition silicon multi-media projector", developed in May, 2009, mainly used three innovative technologies: motion compensation techniques, posture recognition technology and infrared scanning matrix touch technology. The technologies enable the projected image more stable, clearer without dithering.
  

    “New Records of Shenzhen Enterprises” event is an important activity with the guidance of New Record Examination Committee of Chinese Enterprises, carried out by Shenzhen Municipal Federation of Industrial Economics of specific organizations, 16 government departments and 54 industry associations. It aims to carry out independent innovation, enhance the level of productivity of a wide range of Shenzhen enterprises.

    “New Records of Shenzhen Enterprises” event has been held for 8 times since 2002, which has become an important platform to promote independent innovation, showcase innovations in Shenzhen. The total of declared record this year was 225, of which 82 won the new record of Chinese enterprises. Organizers expressed the hope that the activities could make the well-know brand in Shenzhen bigger, stronger and better.
